Found as a baby by Vincent and raised to be his apprentice, young Liam wishes for nothing more than the chance to prove himself in the eyes of his mentor. However, the boy has found nothing but frustration as Vincent keeps him confined to milk runs and training drills, leading to a perceived need to take whatever chances he can to show what he is capable of.

Like Liam himself, his apparel mirrors Vincent’s a fair amount, but there are several key differences. As Liam adopts more agile and acrobatic moves in combat, as compared to Vincent’s brute force approach, the apprentice makes use of lighter, smaller pieces of armor, strapped over his outfit like protective sports gear. He wears a protective helm as well (though it’s not depicted here) that, when worn with the rest of his outfit, makes him come off more like a medieval biker than a gallant knight—oddly fitting, given that he has a close relationship with a certain griffin.
